The lifestyle change continues...


This is mainly a B & M session so feel free to skip this post.

Musing for this week....
1. Exercise, I hate you...Nuff said?
2. It's been 3 weeks since I have even smelled a Mountain Dew, let alone taste one.
3. I wonder if Chocolate still tastes like the best thing on the planet?
4. French Fries used to be my friend, now we don't even speak to each other anymore.
5. Sweating. GROSS, GROSS, GROSS!
6. Why does it take so long to lose weight, but so little to put it on?

With that said I lost another 2 pounds this week. I'm trying to remember that Chocolate doesn't taste as good as thin feels.

Keep up the awesome work Reg - and I have to admit chocolate used to be my vice but I can live without it. Chips however....

here i am again.
1)That Sweet Thing vid is rockin'. Have I got it right? If you buy a mustang you fall in love have sex (and or get married) and a baby comes along. Then you must PAY IT FORWARD?

2) Men lose weight faster than gals. Unfair but true. DO NOT compare yours to Randy's. DO put extra sugar in his tea.

3) You are made of win to work out in the winter. Today was 40 degrees and I gave up, bitching about how it was too hot to go for a jog. But then I thought of you...and I stopped complaining!

2 pounds in a week, that is great. I am need of that..yet I haven't broken it of with french fries yet...and tips on ditching the dirtiness!
