RIP RUFUS
Carter's pet hamster Rufus passed away tonight. We got him about 2 1/2 years ago. Carter told me it would "Teach him responsibility". I feel for it and let him buy him. He has been a handful. He managed to escape a few times. Coco always found him. She would stand and bark at him until we came. She is basically scared to death of him.

He has been a fun addition to our family. Carter is heartbroken. Poor thing. Tomorrow we will bury Rufus in the front yard next to the bleeding hearts. I'm sure it will be a hard day for everyone.
